Yu Lan Burkmar

Yu Lan is the Winner of the 2007 UK Design Innovation Award for her platinum Shell Collar.

The concept is an extension of her earlier collection which is based on floral and organic shapes.

Yu Lan holds several awards for jewellery design and in 2003 she joined her husband Paul Burkmar at Burkmar Jewellery, where she produces jewellery in platinum, 18 carat gold and anodised aluminium.
